Walkies! Day #2, meal diary #6

  Got a second walk in this evening,  me and Millie mooface headed out to the local sea front to catch the sunset.


 "Are we walking or what?".

  I must admit I well and truly undershot sundown but it was still a nice evening for a stroll.

We covered the length of the prom, at the end of which is a path that leads past some natural moring spots.



Free range dog!.

  So that's 3 hours of walking so far this week, half way to my weekly target!.

As far as food has gone today:




Breakfast: Musli, natural yoghurt and strawberries.

Mid morning snack of almonds and grapes.


Lunch was a ham and egg salad.


Dinner: Cauliflower cheese and roast spuds.
