Gosh dhal it! Meal diary #4

  Day 4 of my 'eating less crappage' kick, still going ok.

Breakfast: porridge with fruit and nuts.


Had an early one this morning so a mid morning yoghurt with apple was in order.

Lunch Me and Mrs Sprinks split the last of yesterday's minestrone with a quesadilla.


Dinner: A dhal with rice.

 Rivetting I'm sure. See you tomorrow.
